I understand now the poor ratings on this I walked in and I just want to do a tooth extraction. They said oh you canโ€™t do that. You have to set up an appointment. I said OK I have the x-rays. I have the medical notes of the doctor can I just you know forward it to the doctor another person that was sitting that I wasnโ€™t talking to starts to bite and starts to say no we canโ€™t schedule starts this and that itโ€™s like super unprofessional. Itโ€™s weird because I wasnโ€™t talking to her at all, I wasnโ€™t even standing at the Kiosk and sheโ€™s budding and telling me what to do

My mom has hypertension and diabetes. Her blood pressure will go up to 180s if she doesn't take her blood pressure medicine. Doctor refused to refill her medication because my mom doesn't want to go to her 3-month check up! There's no way to ask for an urgent refill, neither! Their call back time is 24-48 hrs. I'm so disappointed in their care! Seriously, What can do more harm to my mom?? Not going to her appointment or not taking her medication?? This is the first time she missed her appointment in years! I will report this malpractice to DSHS and APS!

Dispite what other comments say, I've actually had a great time getting things scheduled in a timely manner that isn't super far out compared to other places. The therapists and psychologist are awesome people. Haven't had any sort of issue, and really feel like this is a highly underrated place.

I have been going to Seamar since I was a kid. I only probably went 2 times for a school physical and for acne. Nothing major. When I actually did get sick in my early adult years, when I actually needed medical care, I was failed that necessary expertise/ misdiagnosed that caused me unnecessary suffering for 3 years. I had accidently lost a lot of weight and developed low blood sugar symptoms that were hard to manage, as well as constant heart palpitations, dizziness, and exercise intolerance. The first year I felt this way, I gained 10 pounds and got back to a healthy weight. However, I was still experiencing those symptoms. I went to Seamar. They checked my blood work and found I was prediabetic as well as my liver enzymes were pretty elevated even though I haven't drank alcohol for a year. I did not get any follow up care for being pre diabetic and I was told that my liver enzymes will lower over time. 6 months to a year later I am still experiencing symptom's that were very hard to manage and I went back. They checked my blood work again for what they think could be wrong. Since they didn't find anything, they told me I had anxiety. I took them for their word. Thankfully, I re

I'm a psychologist, so I have some tertiary but meaningful insight into what it means to provide service in a health field. There's some things worth calling out from this clinic. One is the scheduling. After an initial visit I had the doctor indicate a specific day for a follow-up appointment the next week with a prescription for enough medication to cover only that time gap (about 5 days), and then was notified via app that my appointment was a few days later. I asked the receptionist about the discrepancy, and while their demeanors are quite pleasant they did little else but read back to me what was on my printout. I was later notified via app that my appointment was moved later again, and then a phone call not hours later saying that change was wrong and they had to move me MUCH later. By this time I had researched my medication myself which as it turns out can do very BAD things to you if you suddenly stop it and you are strongly advised to talk to a doctor before stopping it. I told this to the receptionist who had called, and they finally actually TALKED to the doctor... and had me rescheduled to the day the doctor had initially told me verbally to begin with, aligned with
